Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, District Ahmedabad, Registration Sub-District Ahmedabad-9 (Bopal), Taluk Ghatlodiya, Village Ghumani, Revenue Block/Survey Number - 238, Non-agricultural land Chetan Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Plot Number - 911, Area 440 square yards or 367.89 square meters open plot land Rajiv Chajer’s daughter and Ramesh Bhandari's wife, Residing at: C-8/10, Arjun Marg, DLF Phase-1, Sikanderpur, Gurugram, Haryana - 122002, Have requested a title clearance certificate stating that the land is their full independent ownership and direct possession and is free from all encumbrances. Further, regarding the above plot, share certificate number - 307, share serial number - 1531 to 1535, dated - 17/03/1994, the original share certificate issued by “Chetan Cooperative Housing Society Limited”, has been lost by the owner and is not found. Therefore, any persons whose original share certificate has been registered against the above plot and have any right, interest, charge, lien charge etc., should inform in writing with evidence to the address below within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કે, ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન સબ- ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ-૯ (બોપલ)ના તાલુકે ઘાટલોડીયાના મોજે ગામ ઘુમાની સીમના રેવન્યુ બ્લોક/સર્વે નંબર-૨૩૮ ની બીનખેતીની જમીન ઉપર ચેતન કો.ઓપરેટીવ હાઉસીંગ સોસાયટી લીમીટેડ માં આવેલ જુદા જુદા પ્લોટો પૈકી પ્લોટ નંબર-૯૧૧ ક્ષેત્રફળ ૪૪૦ સમચોરસવાર યાને કે ૩૬૭.૮૯ સમચોરસમીટર ખુલ્લા પ્લોટવાળી જમીન નિયતી તે રાજીવ છાજેરની દિકરી અને રમેશ ભંડારીના પતી રહેવાસી: સી-૮/૧૦, અર્જુનમાર્ગ ડી.એલ.એફ. ફેઝ-૧, સિકંદરપુર, ગુરગાંવ, હરીયાણા-૧૨૨૦૦૨નાએ એ સદરહુ પ્લોટવાળી જમીન તેઓની કુલ સ્વતંત્ર માલિકીની અને પ્રત્યક્ષ કબજા ભોગવટાની તથા તમામ પ્રકારના બોજાઓથી મુક્ત આવેલ હોવાનું જણાવી અમારી પાસે ટાઈટલ ક્લીયરજ્સ સર્ટીફિકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે. વધુમાં સદરહુ પ્લોટવાળી જમીન અંગે શેર સર્ટીફિકેટ નંબર-૩૦૭ શેર અનુક્રમ નંબર- ૧૫૩૧ થી ૧૫૩૫ તારીખ-૧૭/૦૩/૧૯૯૪ નું અસલ શેર સર્ટીફિકેટ “ચેતન કો.ઓપરેટીવ હાઉસીંગ સોસાયટી લીમીટેડ” દ્વારા ઈશ્યુ કરવામાં આવેલ તે અસલ શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ મજકુર માલિક દ્વારા ગુમાઈ ગયેલ છે અને તે મળી આવતું નથી. સબબ સર્વે શખ્સો કે જેમનો સદરહુ પ્લોટવાળી જમીનમાં ઉપરોકત અસલ શેર સર્ટીફીકેટને આધારે કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હક્ક, હિસ્સો ચાર્જ કે બોજો કે લિયન ચાર્જ પોષાતા હોય તો તેઓએ આ નોટીસ પ્રસિઘ્ધ થયેથી દિન-૭ (સાત)માં નીચેના સરનામે રજી. એ.ડી. દ્વારા લેખિત પુરાવા સહિત જાણ કરવી અને તેમ કરવામાં કસૂર થયેથી ઉપરોક્ત જમીનમાં કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હક્ક, હિસ્સો પોષાતો નથી અને પોષાતો હોય તો તે જતો યાને કે વેઈવ (WAIVE) કરેલ છે અને ત્યારબાદ કોઈની કોઈપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં, જેની આથી ગંભીર નોંધ લેવી. તારીખ-૦૬/૦૬/૨૦૨૪ સુણ્ટિ એચ. રાવલ (એડવોકેટ) ૧૫, હરીઓમ વીલા, ઇસ્કોન ફ્લાવર ફલેટની પાસે, બોપલ-ઘુમા રોડ, બોપલ, અમદાવાદ-૩૮૦૦૫૮ મોબાઈલ નંબર - ૯૯૧૩૮ ૪૯૭૯૯
