S.O.L. which is located in the Green City scheme, Plot no. 463 area 334.45 sq. m. or 400 sq. yards, non-agricultural land with residential purpose. Original plot allotted to the original owner on 24.09.1992. Allotment Letter and Registration Document No. 15483 dated 21.12.2018, Registered with its registration receipt. The above mentioned original allotment letter, registration document and registration receipt made in favor of the previous owner, have been misplaced/lost and cannot be found. Therefore, hereby declaring that there is no encumbrance, claim, lien, right, interest, share or involvement of any kind on the lost documents of the said property. Hence, the present owners 1. Amisha Dharmesh Patel and 2. Dr. Dharmesh Patel have requested us for a No Objection Certificate stating that the title of the said property is clear, marketable and free from encumbrance. Therefore, if any person, bank, financial institution, firm, company has any interest, right, share or involvement regarding the said property and the above mentioned lost documents, then they should inform us in writing with documentary evidence at the address given below within 07 (seven) days of this public notice being published. If they fail to do so, they shall be deemed to have waived their rights and the certificate will be issued accordingly. After that no objection of any kind shall be entertained.
