Public Notice Registration District Ahmedabad Sub District Ahmedabad - 9 (Bopal) In the land of Survey/Block No. - 448 and 449, etc., located in the village of Ghumani, in the Taluka of Ghatlodiya, Shri Rajshyam Co. O. H. S. Ltd. is located. This is known as "Green City". Plot No. - 743 in the said land, about 600 square yards of non-agricultural land, is owned and possessed by Ramaben Arvindbhai Acharya and Arvindbhai Shiv Prasad Acharya. They are the joint owners and possessors of the said plot, free from all types of encumbrances. They have decided to sell the land of the said plot through our client and our client has requested us to obtain a title clearance certificate for the said land. If any person or entity has any right, claim, interest, lease, mortgage or encumbrance of any kind on the said plot of land, then they should inform us in writing with proof within 7 (seven) days at the address given below. If they fail to do so, it will be assumed that there is no encumbrance, right, claim or right of any kind on the said land, and if there is any, it has been relinquished.
