Public Notice This is to inform the public that our client, Gaurav Surendrasinh Rajput, has purchased the property located at shop No. 2 on the ground floor of Kishankomplex Association, situated within the limits of Mithipur village, Maninagar taluka, Ahmedabad district. This property is part of the final plot No. 106, share No. 102, within TP scheme No. 4, and falls under city survey No. 5132. The property, previously owned by Girishbhai Vadilal Shah, a member of the association, was purchased by our client through a sale deed No. 1535 on 25/02/2015. Since then, the property has been under the sole ownership of our client as a member of the association. The original documents of the property provided by Girishbhai Vadilal Shah to our client, including the registered sale deed No. 545 dated 28/02/2001, the copy of the original power of attorney presented in sale deed No. 545/2001, the allotment letter, and the possession letter issued by the association to the original member, are currently missing. Despite extensive searches, these documents have not been found. Our client confirms that these original documents have not been pledged for loan with any bank, institution, firm, or individual. If any individual possesses these original documents or has any claim, right, share, interest, lien, encumbrance, usufruct, or residential right over this property, they are requested to inform us within seven days from the date of this notice at the address below with proof of their claim. Failure to provide such information within the specified timeframe will be considered as a waiver of all claims, rights, shares, interests, liens, encumbrances, usufructs, and residential rights over this property. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી અમારા અસીલની સુચનાથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કે જત રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ સબ ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદના તા. મણીનગરના મોજેગામ મીઠીપુરની સીમાં ટી.પી. સ્કીમ નં. ૪ ના ફાયનલ પ્લોટ નં. ૧૦૬ ના હીસ્સા નં. ૧૦૨ જેનો સીટી સર્વેમાં સમાવેશ થતા સીટી સર્વે નં. ૫૧૩૨ ફાળવવામાં આવેલ છે. તે જમીન ઉપર આવેલ કિશાન કોમ્પલેક્ષ એસોસીએશન જે હાલ કિશાન કોમ્પલેક્ષ તરીકે ઓળખાય છે તેમાં ગ્રાઉન્ડ ફલોર ઉપર આવેલ દુકાન નં. ર જેનુ ક્ષેત્રફળ ૨૨૪ચો.ફુટએટલેકે૨૦.૮૧ચો.મી. વાળી મિલકત અમારા અસીલ ગૌરવ સુરેનદ્રસિંહ રાજપુતે એસોસીએશનના સભાસદ ગીરીશભાઈ વાડીલાલ શાહ પાસેથી વેચાણ દસ્તાવેજ નં. ૧૫૩૫ . ૨૫/૦૨/૨૦૧૫ ના રોજ વેચાણ લત્યારથી મજકુર મિલકત અમારા અસીલની કુલ સ્વતંત્ર માલીકીની એસોસીએશનના સભાસદ તરીકે ચાલી આવેલ છે. અને મજકુર ગીરીશભાઈ વાડીલાલ શાહે અમારા અસીલને આપેલ મિલકતના ઓરીઝનલ પેપર્સ પૈકી કુલ મુખત્યારદ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલ રજીસ્ટર વેચાણ દસ્તાવેજ નં. ૫૪૫ તા.૨૮/૦૨/૨૦૦૧ ના રોજનો તથા મજકુર વેચાણ દસ્તાવેજ નં.૫૪૫/ ૨૦૦૧ માં રજુ કરેલ અસલ કુલ મુખત્યારનામાની નકલ તથા મજકુર એસોસીએશને મુળ સભાસદને ફાળવેલ એલોટમેન્ટ તથા પઝેશન લેટર અમારા અસીલથી ગુમ થઈ ગયેલ છે. જે હાલમાં ઘણી શોધખોળ કરતા મળી આવેલ નથી કે અમારા અસીલે ઉપરોકત જણાવેલ ઓરીઝનલ વેચાણ દસ્તાવેજ, મુખત્યારનામુ, એલોટમેન્ટ લેટર તથા પઝેશન લેટર કોઈ બેક, સંસ્થા કે પેઢીમાં કે કોઈ ઈસમ પાસેથી લોન માટે ગીરવે મુકેલ નથી. અને તેમ છતાં કોઈ ઈસમ પાસે ઓરીઝનલ પેપર્સ હોય અને મજકુર મિલકત ઉપર કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હક્ક, હીસ્સો, હિતસંબંધ, ગીરો, બોજો, અલાખો કે રહેઠાંણ હકક આવેલ હોય તો આ નોટીસ પ્રસિદ્ધ થયેથી દિન-૭ માં નીચેના સરનામે તમામ પ્રકારના પુરાવા સહિત રજી.એ.ડી. થી જાણ કરવી જો મુદતમાં જાણ કરવામાં નહીં આવે તો કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હક્ક, હીસ્સો, હિતસંબંધ, ગીરો, બોજો, અલાખો કે રહેઠાંણ હકક આવેલ નથી અને આવેલ હોય તો તેવા તમામ હક્કો જતા (વેવ) કરેલ છે. જેની જાહેર જનતાએ નોંધ લેવી. તા. ૦૩/૦૪/૨૦૨૫. અમદાવાદ પ્રમોદ એ. પ્રજાપતિ (એડવોકેટ) ૨૧૩, બીજોમાળ, ચંદ્રપ્રભુ કોમ્પલેક્ષ, બેંક ઓફ બરોડાની બાજુમાં, સરદાર પટેલ બાવલા પાસે, નારણપુરા, અમદાવાદ. ફોન નં. ૯૮૨૪૩ ૪૨૫૪૮
