Public Notice for T.P. Registration for the property located in Moje village, in Vadodara district and sub-district. The land with survey number 376/1, 376/2 and 379, with final plot number 338, T.P. scheme number 18, having total area 21,702 sq. m., non-agricultural land, containing "Anandavan", within which is located house number B/6, with plot area 141.63 sq. m. The common plot area, road and ground built-up area is 74.04 sq. m., and first floor construction area is 79.82 sq. m., The current owner of the property is 1. Arpan Vinodbhai Mehta, 2. Hiral Arpan Mehta, from whom our client 1. Dr. Zinguvadiya Kishen Kishorbhai, 2. Dr. Rima Bakshi, wife of Dr. Zinguvadiya Kishen Kishorbhai, wish to purchase this property. They have requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us. Therefore, if any person, institution, bank, financial institution, society etc., has any kind of claim, share, right, interest, relationship, encumbrance, loan charge, lien, deed, objection on the above property, they are requested to send written evidence within 7 days to the below mentioned address. If no objection is received within the stipulated time, it will be deemed that no one has any claim, right, interest, etc. on the above property and if they do, then they will be deemed to have relinquished their rights in favor of the owner of the said property, and we will issue a Title Clearance Certificate to our client.
