This is to inform the general public that, District Ahmedabad, Registration Sub-District Ahmedabad-7 (Odhav) and Taluka Maninagar, Moje Village Amraiwadi (Urfe Bage-Firdous), in the block/survey number-249/2, TP scheme number-49, final plot number-58, non-agricultural land, 'The Industrial Co.Op.H.S.Ltd', which is known by the name of Gayatri Park Scheme, tenement number-11/A, area 41.80 square meters (plot area), and construction on it 26.57 square meters (according to Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation Tax-billed construction 209.91 square meters), property and society share capital, share certificate, membership rights, etc., all property of Janhavi Rajesh Kumar, resident: 23/12, First Cross, Kamaraj Colony, Hasur, Christagiri, Tamil Nadu-635109, total independent ownership and direct possession enjoyment and free from all types of encumbrances. It has been brought to our attention that a demand for a title clearance certificate for the said property has been made.
