Public Notice Ahmedabad District, Sub-District: In the land of block/survey number 396/2, of the village Moraiya, taluka Sanand, within the scheme known as New Ahmedabad Industrial Estate, in the land of khata no. 093, located plot no. 51 and thereon of 1055 sq.m. of non-agricultural land, on which a shed of approximately 100 sq.m. has been constructed, the property is owned by the following partners on behalf of M/s Johnson India: (1) Rajanbhai Manharlal Thakor (50%) (2) Ilabahen Narendra Kumar Contractor (25%) (3) Narendra Kumar Maganlal Contractor (25%), residing at Ambawadi, Ahmedabad. This property is in their possession and they have declared their intention to sell this property to our client and have requested an opinion on the title. Therefore, if anyone has any claim, right, interest, share, encumbrance, lien, charge etc. on the above-mentioned land, then they are requested to inform us at the address given below, along with proof, within 7 days from the date of this notice. If they fail to do so, it will be assumed that no one has any claim, right, interest, share, encumbrance, lien, charge, etc. on the said land, or if they have any, they have willingly given up their rights (waived).
