Public Notice The land situated within the village Mojemospur, Taluka Dehgam, District Gandhinagar, in Survey/Block number: 14 (old survey/block number: 6 prior to re-survey) with plot number: 277, comprising of total 0-22-50 hectare-square meter of old measurement agricultural land, owned and in possession of (1) Jigeshbhai Vashrambhai Karkara, (2) Jaysukh Bhai Magan Bhai Chotala and (3) Vipulbhai Nathabhai Gondaliya, jointly, and the said land is free from any inherited ownership, shares, encumbrances or any other rights of anyone. We, the undersigned, have been approached by our client seeking an opinion on the title clarity of the said land for the purpose of selling the same.
