Public Notice This is to inform all concerned that the land registered in the name of the owner in Surat District, Surat City Sub-District, Taluka: Adajan, Village: Mota Varachha, Survey No. 173/1 & 173/2, Block No. 176, which after block division consists of Block No. 176 Part 1 on the north side and Block No. 176 Part 2 on the south side, totalling 8,498 sq.m of non-agricultural land, has been allotted as residential plots in the "Hari Om Row House, Phase 3" development project. Of the plots in this project, Plot No. 141, which according to the booking plan is Plot No. 51, is a property of approximately 102.22 sq. yards, or 85.47 sq.m, measuring 20% of 46 sq. ft. along with its construction. In addition, this property includes a proportionate share of the road, street and COP (Common Open Place) belonging to this property, which is approximately 26.47 sq.m, bringing the total area of this property, including the construction, to approximately 111.94 sq.m. This property, including the construction, is owned and occupied by Harishbhai Dhanjibhai Golakiya as the authorized representative of Manguiben Dhanjibhai Golakiya, the rightful owner. This notice is to inform all concerned that the aforementioned property has been sold by the aforementioned owner to our client, and that the sale deed and receipt of payment have been provided to our client. Our client has also repaid the loan taken from the Bank of Baroda, Bhatar branch, against this property. Our client has learned that the aforementioned owner is attempting to sell this property to others, and we hereby request that this be refrained from. Any legal action may be taken against the owner if this notice is ignored, and any further disputes or claims will not be considered in court. Within 7 days of this notice, you are requested to confirm this information by contacting us in writing at the address below. Our client will take further action in this matter.
