Public Notice This is to inform all concerned that in Surat District, Sub District Taluka Surat City (Currently Abrama), at Mojegam Mota Varachha, Survey No: 381, 382/123 and 383, Block No 302 to 305, a non-agricultural land of 29543 sq. m (new block no. 302 after consolidation) is registered. This land falls under TP Scheme No. 25 (Mota Varachha). Out of this, plot No. 3/B, Sub Plot No. 2 with an area of 1875 sq. m, a shop no. 3 on the ground floor of the building 'Rudraksh Residency' is constructed. The built-up area of this shop is 235.00 sq. ft or 21.84 sq. m. This shop along with the parking area in the land, including the common area, with a proportionate undivided share of 11.88 sq. m, was purchased by Savan Kumar Jivrajbhai Dudhat through a registered sale deed. This registered sale deed was registered on 22/02/2018 with the sub-registrar's office (Katargam) with document number 4459. This original document and registration receipt (RR) have gone missing. Despite searching, it has not been found yet. Currently, the owner Savan Kumar Jivrajbhai Dudhat has moved out. We are trying to purchase this property from him. If anyone, any financial institution, private or government organization, or bank has the original documents or registration receipt, they are requested to inform us in writing within 7 days of this notice. If we don't receive any information within the stipulated time, we will assume that the said registered sale deed and original registration receipt are missing and are not in possession of any organization or person. We will proceed accordingly. No objection will be entertained after the stipulated period, and the complete title of the above property will be deemed clear. Please take note.
