Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public that registration district Ahmedabad, sub-district Ahmedabad-9 (Bopal), under Daskroi Taluka, village Moj Guma, land in block/survey no. 48/A of 4755 sq.m and block/survey no. 48/B of 4755 sq.m, included under TP Scheme No-2 (Guma) and allotted Final Plot No-14/1 and 14/2 are currently owned and possessed by the partnership firm Samay Realtors-48. A request for a Title Clearance Certificate has been made to us. The described property is free of any claim, interest, share, charge, maintenance or any kind of ongoing court litigation concerning any oppressed individual. If not contested within 8 days from this notice with substantiated proofs at the address below, it will be understood that no one has any claims, parts, or burdens on said property and a Title Clearance Certificate will be issued accordingly.
