Public Notice This is to inform the public that, in the village of Mulsana, Taluka Kalol, District Gandhinagar, approximately 2400 square meters of old agricultural land from Revenue Survey Number 180 (Old Block / Survey Number 465) is owned by Kunvarben, daughter of Baldevbhai Thakor, wife of Vikramji Thakor, residing at Thakor Vas, Village Mulsana, Taluka Kalol, District Gandhinagar. This land is owned by them in their full and independent capacity, free of any encumbrances or charges. They have applied for a Title Clearance Certificate for the said land. If any person has any claim on this land, such as sale, mortgage, lease, charge, trust, maintenance, easement or any other right, they are required to submit written notice along with proof (objections without proof will not be considered) within seven days from the date of publication of this notice at the address below. Failure to do so will result in the issuance of the Title Clearance Certificate for the said land without considering any such rights, claims or objections. No further disputes will be entertained.
