Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, in the village of Mulsana, taluka Kalol, district Gandhinagar, approximately 9496 sq. m. of old agricultural land with revenue survey number 247 (old revenue survey number 543/1), account number 687, out of which approximately 7169 sq. m. of old agricultural land is jointly owned by (1) Jenaji Chaganji Thakor, (2) Galabji alias Gabhaji Chaganji Thakor, (3) Raiben Chaganji Thakor, (4) Daiben Chaganji Thakor, (5) Gangaben Chaganji Thakor, (6) Ambaram Bechrajji Thakor, (7) Umedji Bechrajji Thakor, (8) Jeevanji Bechrajji Thakor, (9) Maniben Bechrajji Thakor, (10) Sajnaben Bechrajji Thakor, and (11) Ramiben Bechrajji Thakor, residing in Mulsana, Kalol, district Mehsana. They are in possession and enjoyment of the property and the land is free from any encumbrances. Out of these, (1) Galabji alias Gabhaji Chaganji Thakor, (2) Daiben Chaganji Thakor, (3) Ambaram Bechrajji Thakor, and (4) Umedji Bechrajji Thakor have applied for a Title Clearance Certificate for approximately 7169 sq. m. of old agricultural land from the said property. Therefore, any person who has any claim, right or encumbrance on the said property through sale, mortgage, lease, charge, trust, right of ownership, agricultural rights, maintenance, easement, inheritance rights or in any other manner, must submit their written notice along with proof (proofless objections will not be considered) within seven days of the publication of this notice to the address mentioned below. Otherwise, the Title Clearance Certificate for approximately 7169 sq. m. of old agricultural land from the said property will be issued without any regard to such claim, right, or encumbrance, and no objection will be entertained afterwards.
