This is to inform the public that the land belonging to T.P. Scheme No. 4A and F.P. No. 156, situated in Block No. 319 (old 248) of the village Mundi, Taluka - Dholera, District - Ahmedabad, with a total area of 8118 sq.m. is non-agricultural land and is in the possession of Parag Bhai Navinchandra Dholakia as our sole owner. This property is completely free from any encumbrances and we have decided to sell it to our client. Since our client has requested a title clear certificate from us regarding this property, this notice is to inform any person or entity that if they have any share, right, interest, claim, loan, food, clothing, gift, or any other encumbrances on this property, they are required to provide written proof of the same to us within 7 days of the publication of this notice at the below address. Failure to do so shall be deemed that no one has any share, right, interest, claim, encumbrance, loan, mortgage, gift or any other rights in this property and if there were, they have been extinguished. Therefore, a title clear certificate shall be issued and any further dispute will not be entertained. The public is advised to take note of this. TEE આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે, ડિસ્ટ્રીકટ-અમદાવાદ સબ- ડિસ્ટ્રીકટ તેમજ તાલુકા-ધોલેરાના ગામ - મુંડી નાં બ્લોક નંબર-૩૧૯ (જુનો ૨૪૮ પૈકી) ના ટી.પી.સ્કીમ નંબર- 4A તથા એફ.પી.નં.૧૫૬ ની જમીન કે જેનુ કુલ ક્ષેત્રફળ-૮૧૧૮ ચો.મી.વાળી બિનખેતીની જમીન અમારી સ્વતંત્ર માલિકી તરીકે પરાગભાઇ નવીનચંદ્ર ધોળકીયાના કબજા ભોગવટાની છે, સદરહું મિલકત કે જે તમામ બોજાથી સંપુર્ણપણે મુક્ત હોવાનુ જણાવી અમોના અસિલને વેચાણ આપવાનુ નક્કિ કરેલ હોઇ કે જે બાબતે અમોના અસિલ મારફતે અમારી પાસે સદરહું મિલક્ત અંગેના ટાઇટલ કલીયર સર્ટીફિકેટ અંગેની માંગણી કરેલ છે તો સદરહું મિલ્કત પર કોઇપણ શખ્સ કે સંસ્થાનો કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો લાગ-ભાગ, હક્ક હિત,દાવો, અલાખો યા લેણા, ખોરાકી, પોષાકી, બક્ષીસ વગેરેનો બોજો હોય તો આ નોટીસ પ્રસિદ્ધ થયેલી દિન -૭ મા રજી. એડિથી તે બાબતના લેખીત પુરાવા સહીત અમોને નીચેના સરનામે જાણ કરવી જો તેમ કરવામાં નહી આવે તો મુદત વીતે ઉપરોકત જમીનમા અન્ય કોઇનો કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો લાગ-ભાગ, હક્ક, હીત, હિસ્સો, દાવો, બોજો અલાખો, ગીરો, બક્ષીસ કે અન્ય કોઇ હક્ક નથી અને હોય તો જતો કર્યો છે. તેમ સમજી ટાઇટલ કલીયર સર્ટીફિકેટ ઈસ્યુ કરવામાં આવશે અને ત્યારબાદ કોઇની કોઇપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર માન્ય ફા હિ તેની જાહેર જનતાએ નોંધ લેવી.
