Public Notice This is to inform the public that Priyanka ben Tapsvi Patel, a member of the society, has requested a title clearance certificate from us for the non-agricultural land of 598 square yards of plot number 140 (old plot number 45) as per the revised plan in "Rajdhani Co. O. H. So. Li." known as "Rajdhani" situated on the land of new survey number 63 (old survey number 73) in the village of Nabhoi, Taluka Gandhinagar, Sub-District Gandhinagar (Zone-2) of the district of Gandhinagar. She has stated that this land is her sole, independent, ownership, possession and enjoyment and is free from any encumbrances. Therefore, if anyone has any kind of claim, right, interest, share, demand or encumbrance on the said land, they should inform us in writing at the below mentioned address within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice along with necessary proofs. If this is not done, we will assume that no one has any claim, right, interest, share, demand or encumbrance on the said land and issue a title clearance certificate for the said land.
