Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, TOWN BUILDERS LLP, a limited liability partnership, has claimed sole ownership and direct possession of 3000 sq. m. of non-agricultural land, located within the survey number 12321233 in the village of Nadiad, taluka Nadiad, district Kheda, without any hindrance or obstruction and free from all encumbrances. The land is situated in the northern part of 7000 sq. m. land, which is part of the 13962 sq. m. land in the south direction. The authorized partner, Mr. Tarachand Asudamal Hotchandani of TOWN BUILDERS LLP has applied for a title clearance certificate for the said land from us. If anyone has any kind of claim, interest, share, right, encumbrance, lien, charge or any other right over the said land, then they are requested to provide a certified copy of written proof of their claim with supporting documents to us at the address below within 7 days. Failing to do so will be considered as a waiver of any such rights. The title clearance certificate of the said land will be issued and no further disputes will be entertained. Rajesh K.
