Public Notice for TP-3

This is to inform the public that, in the district Kheda, taluka Nadiad, in the village Nadiad, the old revenue survey number 218/1, 218/2, of TP-3, Final Plot number 231, city survey number VV number 3, city survey number 3332, and Final plot no. 321+231, out of which city survey no. VV number 3, city survey number 3333, both city survey numbers, were amalgamated and a new city survey number 3332 was given. Which is 3057.83 sq.m, non-agricultural land for commercial purposes, on which "Palladium Plaza" is located. According to the approved plan of the scheme, the shop number 07 on the ground floor, the carpet area is 103.93 sq.m, total built-up area is 108.46 sq.m, and the property is owned by Jay Maharaj, the managing partner of Bilkon, Aapurbh Prashantbhai Patel, residing at B-11, Shaktidhara Society, Baputgar, Ahmedabad, and this shop property is under the ownership and possession of the partnership firm. It has been decided to sell the said shop property to (1) Soni Meghnaben Bharatbhai and (2) Soni Jay Bharatbhai. They have requested us for the title clearance certificate of the said property. Therefore, if any person, bank, or institution has any involvement, right, interest, loan, encumbrance, or charge on the said property, they shall inform us in writing, with documentary evidence, at the below address within seven days of the publication of this notice. If they fail to do so, it will be assumed that no rights are involved in the above manner or any other manner, and if any rights are involved, they are renounced or waived.
