Notice is hereby given to all concerned that Kamal Kishore Sharda is the owner and possessor of the property, i.e., Unit No. C1/48 as per the sanctioned plan in Surat Textile Bursa Phase-1 (Part-A), built on non-agricultural land of Survey No. 151/1, 151/2, 33 (Sub Plot No. A/1, Area 3,25,337.67 sq.mt. and Sub Plot No. A, Area 4,42,115.38 sq.mt.) in Udhna, Block No. 346, 347, 348, 349 in Didoli, and Block No. 1 in Bhedwad, admeasuring 74,196.68 sq.mt.
