Public Notice This is to inform the public that, according to the re-survey of the village of Nadolia, in the sub-district and taluka of Kadi, in the registration district of Mehsana, the old condition of the agricultural land of total 971 square meters of survey number 289 (from old survey number 134/1) was sold by Jalal Bhai Karim Dabhai Momin to (1) Raj Bhikhu Bhai Shah and (2) Zarash Bhai Raj Shah on 28-05-2024 through registered sale document number 9220. Based on this sale document, they have applied for a title clearance certificate for the said land. If there is any kind of claim, right, interest, share, claim, encumbrance, charge, lien on the said land, then you are requested to inform the undersigned at the address mentioned below within 7 days with written proof. If you fail to do so, it will be assumed that you have no right to the said land, and if there is any right, it will be considered as forfeited.
