Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, according to the re-survey of the village Nadolya in the sub-district and taluka Kadi of the registration district Mehsana, a 926 square meter area of old condition agricultural land with survey number 290 (out of old survey number 134/2) has been sold by Jalal Bhai Karimdbhai Momin to (1) Raj Bhikhubhai Shah and (2) Zakeshbhai Raj Shah on 28-05-2024 under registered sale deed number 9222. Based on this sale deed, they claim joint ownership, possession, enjoyment, and the land is free from any encumbrances. They have applied for a title clearance certificate for the said land. If anyone has any kind of claim, right, interest, share, claim, debt, burden, charge, lien, etc. on the said land, they are requested to inform us in writing along with evidence at the address below within 7 days. Failure to do so will be considered as the person having no right whatsoever regarding the land, and if there is any, it is considered forfeited. After the expiry of the period, the title certificate of the said land will be issued, and after that, no disputes of any kind will be entertained.
