This is to inform by this public notice that in Vikramanagar Co-operative Housing Society Limited located in City Survey No. 1241 to 1289, Final Plot No. 143, TP Scheme No. 9, Nare.S.No. 217, 2147/1, Moje Nagarwada, Vadodara, the property of Block/Building No. 16-A, having an area of 1050 sq ft (97.5481 sq m) with construction including ground floor, first floor and second floor, totaling 1304.9428 sq ft (121.28 sq m), owned by Sneha Chintan Kumar Shah, has been decided to be sold to our client, Sangitaben Anil Kumar Thakkar, resident of Vadodara. Therefore, anyone who has any objection, hindrance, claim, share, right, interest, or connection against the sale transaction to be made in favor of our client, is requested to submit their objection in writing along with documentary evidence within 10 days of the publication of this notice. If no notice is given within the stipulated time, it will be deemed that the person does not have any right, interest, or connection, or if they have any such right, it has been voluntarily waived. Accordingly, the seller will be deemed to have the legal rights to sell the property, and our client will proceed with the sale transaction of the said property.

આથી આ જાહેર નોટીસથી જણાવવાનું કે વડોદરાના મોજે નાગરવાડા, નારે.સ.નં. ૨૧૭, ૨૧૪૭/૧, ટીપી સ્કીમ નંબર- ૯, ફાયનલ પ્લોટ નંબર ૧૪૩, સીટી સર્વે નં. ૧૨૪૧ થી ૧૨૮૯માં આવેલ વિકમનગર કો- ઓપરેટીવ હાઉસીંગ સોસાયટી લીમીટેડમાં આવેલ બ્લોક/ મકાન નં. ૧૬- એ, કે જે પ્લોટનું ક્ષેત્રફળ ૧૦૫૦ ચો.ફુટ (૯૭.૫૪૮૧ ચો.મી) કે જેમાં ગ્રાઉન્ડ ફલોર, ફસ્ટ ફલોર તથા સેકન્ડ ફલોર મળી ૧૩૦૪.૯૪છ૨૮ ચો.ફુટ (૧૨૧.૨૮ ચો.મી) નું બાંધકામની બાંધકામ સહીતની મિલકતના માલીક સ્નેહીની ચિંતનકુમાર શાહ ના એ અમારા અસીલ સંગીતાબહેન અનિલકુમાર ઠકકર, રહે. વડોદરાના ને વેચાણ આપવાનું નકકી કરેલ છે. તેથી અમારા અસીલની તરફેણમાં થનાર વેચાણ વ્યવહાર સામે જે કોઈને પણ વાંધો- અડચણ હોય કે કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગ, ભાગ, હકક, હિત, હિસ્સો, સંબંધ હોય તો આ નોટીસ પ્રસિધ્ધ થયે દિન- ૧૦માં તેના વાંધા દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવા સહિત મોકલી આપવા. નોટીસની મુદતમાં વાંધા અંગેની કોઈ જાણ કરવામાં નહીં આવે તો કોઈપણ વ્યકિતનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો હકક, હિત સંબંધ નથી તેમ ગણી અથવા તેવો કોઈ હકક હોય તો તે સ્વૈચ્છીક રીતે છોડી દીધેલ છે તેમ સમજી તથા વેચનારને કાયદેસરના વેચાણ કરવાના હકકો છે તેવું માની અમારા અસીલ સદર મિલકતનો વેચાણ વહેવાર પુરો હરર.
