The land has been included in TP Scheme No. 408 and allotted Final Plot No. 44, measuring 547 sq. m. The non-agricultural land belongs to the partnership firm named Kant Developers, and it is free from all types of encumbrances, including ownership, possession, and enjoyment, as well as legal disputes. Tijil P. Patel, a partner of the firm, has requested our opinion on title clearance. If anyone has any encumbrance, charge, development right, or any kind of possession right or share in the said land, please inform us in writing within 7 days at the address below along with documentary evidence. If this is not done, it will be assumed that the said land is free from any kind of right and if there is any right, it has been waived.
