Notice is hereby given to all concerned that the applicant, Bharatsinh Gobarji Vaghela, is the father and guardian of Dharmendsinh Bharatsinh Vaghela, the son of the applicant, who was born on 3-5-1986. The applicant's son is suffering from Intellectual Disability. A disability certificate was issued by Civil Hospital on 5-2-2024. Since the applicant's son is unable to take care of himself, the applicant has filed this application to appoint himself as the guardian of his son for the purpose of managing his immovable and movable property. Further, the applicant claims ownership of the following properties: (1) Land situated in the block/survey no. 1525/417 of Ognaj, Tal. Ghatlodia, District Ahmedabad, which comprises 1.47 acres (0-18-21 हे.आरे.चो.मી.) of old agricultural land, under Khata No. 4480, and which has been allotted Final Plot No. 253 (0-10-93 हे.आरे.चो.मી.) in TP scheme No. 408. (2) Land situated in block/survey no. 1525/111 of Ognaj, Tal. Ghatlodia, District Ahmedabad, which comprises 1.69 acres (0-28-33 हे.आरे.चो.मી.) of non-agricultural multi-purpose land, under Khata No. 491, and which has been allotted Final Plot No. 44 (1700 sq. m.) in TP scheme No. 54. (3) Land situated in block/survey no. 1525/245 of Ognaj, Tal. Ghatlodia, District Ahmedabad, which comprises 1.50 acres (0-28-33 हे.आरे.चो.मી.) of non-agricultural multi-purpose land, under Khata No. 3973, and which has been allotted Final Plot No. 79 (1700 sq. m.) in TP scheme No. 54. (4) Old agricultural land situated in block/survey no. 1525/4322 of Ognaj, Tal. Ghatlodia, District Ahmedabad, which comprises 3.31 acres (0-52-61 हे.आरे.चो.मી.), under Khata No. 4480. (5) Old agricultural land situated in block/survey no. 1525/222 of Ognaj, Tal. Ghatlodia, District Ahmedabad, which comprises 1.06 acres (0-14-16 हे.आरे.चो.मી.), under Khata No. 4480. (6) Old agricultural land situated in block/survey no. 1525/206 of Ognaj, Tal. Ghatlodia, District Ahmedabad, which comprises 1.69 acres (0-25-29 हे.आरे.चो.मી.), under Khata No. 2827. The applicant is seeking a court order appointing himself as the guardian of his son for the purpose of selling and managing the above-mentioned properties, appearing in competent offices for legal proceedings, handling bank related administrative tasks, etc. Any person having any objection or dispute in this regard shall appear before the Hon'ble Court mentioned above on 17-3-2024 at 11:00 AM in person or through a lawyer, in writing, with their objections.
