Public Notice This is to inform the public that, Bharatbhai Viddalbhai Patel, a member of the "Megha Malhar Co. Op. Housing Society Ltd." also known as "Megha Malhar", situated on the land of Survey No. 927, 928/1, 928/2, 929/1, 930, 931, 945/1, 945/2, 946, 947/1, 944, in the village of Moje Ognaj, Taluka Ghatlodiya, Sub-District Ahmedabad-8 (Sola), District Ahmedabad, has requested a certificate from us stating that he owns, possesses, and enjoys the property of Sub-plot No. 61, measuring 1493.76 sq. varas, and Sub-plot No. 62, measuring 1493.76 sq. varas, totaling 2987.52 sq. varas of non-agricultural land, as a member of the society, with complete independence, ownership, possession, and enjoyment, free from any encumbrances. He has also requested a certificate that the title of the said land is clear and marketable. Therefore, if anyone has any claim, right, interest, share, claim, or encumbrance of any kind on the said land, then they should inform us in writing with necessary proof within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice at the address given below. If this is not done, then it will be assumed that no person has any claim, right, interest, share, claim, or encumbrance of any kind on the said land and if any, it will be considered relinquished.
