PUBLIC NOTICE This is to inform the general public that the agricultural land bearing account no. 125, Survey No. 72 and 77 (Old Survey No. 94 and 97), totaling 1-36-21 Hectare-Are-Sq.Mt. with an assessment of 2.60 paisa, and the agricultural land bearing account no. 220, Survey No. 40 (Old Survey No. 76), totaling 0-21-85 Hectare-Are-Sq.Mt. with an assessment of 0.50 paisa, both located in the limits of Ajabpura village, Taluka Sathamba, Sub-District Bayad, District Arvalli, are under the independent ownership, possession, and enjoyment of Parshottambhai Devjibhai Sangani (Patel). Out of the aforementioned lands, Survey No. 72 and 77 of account no. 125 are mortgaged to Central Bank of India, Demai Branch. It is stated that there is no other encumbrance or charge on the said land apart from the aforementioned mortgage. The owners and occupiers of the aforementioned land, our clients Patel Dhirajbhai Nanabhai etc., residing at Kheriya Kampa, Taluka Sathamba, Dist. Arvalli, wish to sell the said land. Therefore, they have requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us regarding the aforementioned land. Hence, this notice is issued to inform that if any person has any claim, right, share, interest, or possession on the said land apart from the aforementioned account holder, or if any person has executed an agreement to sell or a sale deed regarding the said land, or if there is any dispute or prohibitory order on the said land, or if any court proceedings are pending, or if there are any easement rights, or if there is any mortgage by any other bank or institution apart from the aforementioned mortgage, or if any person has any kind of right in all the above matters, then such person should submit their objection, opposition, or dispute in writing to us at our address below within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice, along with supporting evidence. It should be understood that apart from the aforementioned account holder, no other person has any claim, right, or interest on the said land, and if they do, it is deemed to be waived. After the Title Clearance Certificate is issued by us, no one will have any objection or dispute, and everyone should take note of this.
