Public Notice This public notice is to inform that the title clearance for the open land described and detailed in the schedule below is being processed. As per the instructions of the owner, Pramod Madanlal Agrawal, the original receipt of the registration fee for the document number 988 dated 23/12/2011, which is related to the property in question, is lost or misplaced and cannot be found. Therefore, if anyone has any objections, protests, hindrance, detention, claims, charges, encumbrances, or rights recorded against the property mentioned in the schedule below, they are requested to file them in writing, along with supporting evidence, at our address mentioned below within 7 days. If no objection is received within the stipulated time, it will be assumed that the concerned party has relinquished all their rights and interests in the property. Consequently, a title clearance certificate will be issued for the said property. No objections received after this period will be considered. This plot number A/R-35 is located within this property, having an area of approximately 117.80 square meters. The building on the ground floor has an area of approximately 700.00 square feet or 65.05 square meters.
