And agricultural land admeasuring Hectare 0-48-56 from Revenue Survey No. 106 part 5, of Khedkhata No. 115, located in village Nana Surka, Taluka Sihor, District Bhavnagar, is in the joint ownership and possession of Amarsibhai Mavjibhai Vaghani etc. Our client, Devjibhai Jinabhai Makwana etc., wishes to purchase both the aforementioned agricultural lands from the said landowners.
