This is to inform the public that in the District Surendranagar, Sub-District Dasada, in the village Nani Majethi, located in the Survey No. 356 Block/Survey No. 156, which has an old survey number 138/1/P, with an area of 38-35 hectare-acre-square meters. This old term agricultural land belongs to the independent ownership, possession, and enjoyment of Bhalubhai Bhikha Bhai Bharwad. And this land is free from all kinds of burdens, legal disputes, and has the right of cultivation. This being the case, they have requested us for a Title Clearance Certificate regarding the land. Therefore, if anyone has any kind of claim, share, right, interest, portion, mortgage, burden, obstruction or other easement rights on the above-mentioned land, then from the date of publication of this notice, within 7 (seven) days, they should inform in writing along with the proof at the address mentioned below.
