Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public that in the sub-district of the Kheda registration district, within the boundaries of Narpur village, Kathlal taluka, the agricultural land under old conditions, block number 110 (old survey number 79) covering an area of 23728 sq.mt., account number 195, and block number 111 (old survey number 80-1) covering an area of 6516 sq.mt., account number 270, with a total combined area of 30244 sq.mt., owned by Jadiben Khengarbhai Desai, her husband Alveshbhai Khengarbhai Desai, Parulben Alpeshbhai Desai, Bhupendrakumar Khengarbhai Desai, and Pinalben Bhupendrakumar Desai, is free from all kinds of encumbrances, claims, interests, liabilities, disputes, and is not subject to any court proceedings or claims by any government, bank, individual, or institution. The owners of the aforementioned land have filed for a Title Clearance Certificate for the land. Therefore, if anyone has any claim, right, share, interest, mortgage right, or any kind of burden or disputes on the said land, they are required to inform us in writing along with supporting documents within seven days from the publication of this notice.
