Public Notice This is to inform the general public that Bhavesh Ishvarbhai Rabari has applied for a Title Clearance Certificate for 3893 sq.m. of agricultural land from a total of 1 hectare 24 acres 04 sq.m. land located in survey/block number 174 (re-survey before survey/block number 157) of Nasmed village, Kalol Taluka, Gandhinagar district. This land is free from all types of encumbrances and is in his direct possession and enjoyment. If anyone has any claim, interest, share, right, encumbrance, Alako, Ganot hakk, Khedo hakk, Rasta hakk, Gadha hakk, Padosh hakk, lien, charge, sale, mortgage, gift, Will/will, possession right or inheritance right, financial loan, Banachitthi, Banakhta rights, lease pendens etc. or any other type of right, interest, share in the above property or if there is any dispute, litigation, conflict, court case, attachment etc. in violation of the law, then they should inform us in writing at the address mentioned below along with supporting documents within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice.
