Public Notice This is to inform the public that the land belonging to plot number 206, with old block/survey number 106, in Nasmed village, Kalol taluka, Gandhinagar district, covering an area of 0-44-06 hectares, is subject to the following: Out of this land, Kanjibhai Mahadevbhai Rabari has obtained a registered power of attorney (document number 7423, dated 18-06-2021) from Thakor Mahotji Mathurji and Thakor Manuji Mathurji, pertaining to an area of 0-22-03 hectares of agricultural land. Furthermore, a suit (number 120/2020) has been filed in the court of the Additional Senior Civil Judge in Kalol, regarding the title of this property. An objection has also been filed against the Title Clearance Certificate for this property. Thakor Mahotji Mathurji and Thakor Manuji Mathurji have transferred their share of 2203 square meters to Kanjibhai Mahadevbhai Rabari. All the money for the property has been received by Kanjibhai Mahadevbhai Rabari. A non-agricultural order has been recently registered for the property. However, agriculture is still being carried out on the land. Therefore, since the property is sold and a power of attorney has been given to Kanjibhai Mahadevbhai Rabari, no one else should buy, sell, mortgage, or transfer the property.
