Public Notice The project named "Antarkshitij" is located on non-agricultural land in the outskirts of Nasmed village in Kalol Taluka, Gandhinagar District. In this project, land belonging to Survey No. 479 (old survey no. 335) as per re-survey, which falls in Phase-3, sub-plot no. 180, measuring 887 sq. yards, is owned by Aditya Goldie Shah and Jenish Chetankumar Parmar jointly, and they have requested a title clearance opinion from us, stating that the property is free from all types of encumbrances, including possession, enjoyment, legal disputes, etc. If anyone has any kind of encumbrance, charge, lien, right, right of possession, or share in the said property, please inform us in writing along with documentary evidence at the below address within 7 days. Failing to do so will be considered as no one having any right in the said property, and if they do, it will be deemed as relinquished. After the expiry of the time limit, a certificate of title clearance will be issued for the said property and no objections or disputes will be entertained thereafter.
