This public notice is issued by our client, Dr. Nayna Prakashsing Sauhta, to inform the public and all office bearers of Silver Point Association that the property known as "Kavsvilla", located near the fountain in front of Jubilee Garden in Navsari city, falling within the Municipal Ward No. 9/1, with the Municipal Old No. 993 and New No. 1932, and covered by plot numbers 61 and 62, CS Number 2832 to 2836, measuring 16094 square feet, was leased by our client’s father from the original owner on 14-05-1955. Our client's father, and subsequently our client, have been in possession of the property and utilizing it for residential and medical purposes. The president of Silver Point Association accepted advance rent for the property till 31-03-2025 through a money order. Our client has also paid the 2025 Municipal taxes. Our client was a lawful tenant and had employed Jayeshbhai Patel and his wife as caretakers for the property for the past 16-17 years. Due to our client's husband's heart condition, they had to travel abroad. Taking advantage of the situation, the president of Silver Point Association, Varkaprasad Laxminarayan Soni, and his associates filed a false land grabbing complaint against our client's caretaker and illegally evicted him from the property. They then forcibly entered the property and brought in hired goons to vandalize it. Valuable belongings of our client and her late father, including medical equipment, and personal belongings of the caretaker were damaged and lost. In the absence of our client, the caretaker and well-wishers called the police on 100 twice. However, Varkaprasad Soni and his wife Sheetalben Soni, who hold significant influence in the political circles, prevented any action against them. The honorary secretary of Silver Point Association, Ramesh Bhai Parbhubhai Patel, had issued a public notice on 30-04-2011 and another through an advocate on 27-01-2013, and a flashing notice was published in Gujarat Mitra on 12-11-2024. Despite having no right or authority to sell the property, Varkaprasad Soni and his associates have been illegally manipulating and accepting funds for the property. This has resulted in the illegal seizure of the property by Varkaprasad Soni and his associates, who are engaged in a deceitful and treacherous act against our client and her association. As a result, they have demolished the property known as "Kavsvilla", causing significant financial and mental distress to our client. Our client is filing a police complaint and pursuing legal action, and has also filed a complaint with the relevant embassy abroad. Further action will be taken on these complaints. Therefore, the public is hereby warned against engaging in any financial or other transactions with any office bearers of Silver Point Association regarding the property known as "Kavsvilla", which has been demolished. Any such transactions will lead to future legal action. Take note.

તજાટેર નોટી આથી અમારા અસીલ ડો. નયના પ્રકાશસિંગ સૌહટા નાઓની સુચના અને ફરમાઈશથી સદર જાહેર નોટીસ આપી જાહેર જનતા તથા સીલવર પો. એસો. ના તમામ હોદેદારોને જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે, મોજે નવસારી શહેરમાં ફુવારા નજીક જ્યુબીલી બાગની સામે આવેલ “કાવસવીલા'' નામથી ઓળખાતી મિલકત કે જે મ્યુન્સિપલ વોર્ડ નં. ૯/૧ ના મ્યુન્સિપલ જુનો નં. ૯૯૩ અને નવો નં. ૧૯૩૨ ચાલી આવેલ છે. સદર મિલકત નવસારીના ટીકા નં. ૬૧ અને ૬ર સી.સ.નં. ૨૮૩૨ થી ૨૮૩૬ ના કુલ ચો. ફુટ ૧૬૦૯૪ પૈકીની છે. જે અમારા અસીલના પિતા નાઓએ મુળ માલિક પાસેથી તા. ૧૪-૦૫-૧૯૫૫ ના રોજ ભાડેથી રાખેલ અને તે મિલકત ભાડુઆત હકકે રહેણાક અને દવાખાના ના ઉપયોગ માટે વાપર વપરાશ કરી કબજો ધરાવતા હતા. જે અમારા અસીલના પિતાના મરણ બાદ પણ અમારા અસીલ વાપર-વપરાશ અને કબજો ધરાવતા હતા અને છે. જે ભાડાવાળી મિલકતનું ભાડુ સીલવર પો. એસો. ના પ્રમુખશ્રીએ મની ઓર્ડર મારફતે તા. ૩૧-૦૩-૨૦૨૫ સુધીનું એડવાન્સ ભાડુ સ્વીકારેલ તથા ભાડા ઉપરાંત અમારા અસીલે મ્યુનિસિપાલિટી વેરો ૨૦૨૫ નો પણ ભરેલ છે અને તેથી અમારા અસીલ કાયદેસરના ભાડુઆત ચાલી આવેલ હતા અને છે અને અમારા અસીલે સદર ભાડાવાળી મિલકત ૧૬-૧૭ વર્ષ પહેલેથી જ ઘરનું કામકાજ કરવા કેરટેકર તરીકે જયેશભાઈ પટેલ અને તેમની પત્નીને રાખેલ હતા. પરંતુ અમારા અસીલના પતિના હાર્ટની બિમારીના કારણે વિદેશ જવુ પડેલ હોય સીલવર પો. એસો. ના પ્રમુખ ્વારકાપ્રસાદ લક્ષ્મીનારાયણ સોની તથા તેમના મળતીયાઓએ ગેરકાયદેસરનું કૃત્ય કરી અમારા અસીલના કેરટેકર વિરૂધ્ધ ખોટી લેન્ડ ગ્રેબિંગની ફરીયાદ કરી મિલકતમાંથી દુર કરી ગેરકાયદેસર રીતે મિલકતમાં પ્રવેશ કરી મિલકતમાં ભાડુતી ગુંડાઓ લાવી તોડાવી પાડેલ. જે ભાડાવાળી મિલકતમાં અમારા અસીલનું ઘરવખરીનું સરસામન તથા અમારા અને તેમના પિતા ડોકટર હોય દવાખાનાને લગતા કિંમતી સાધનો તથા અમારા અસીલના કેરટેકરના ઘરવખરીનો કિંમતી સરસામાન ગેરવલ્લે કરી રુ મોટું નુકશાન કરેલ છે તેમજ અમારા અસીલની ગેરહાજરીમાં કેરટેકર તથા અમારા અસીલના હિતેચ્છુઓએ ભાડાવાળી મિલકત ઉપરથી જ બે વાર ૧૦૦ નંબર ઉપર ડાયલ કરી પોલીસ બોલાવેલ, પરંતુ ારકાપ્રસાદ સોની પોલીસ ખાતા અને તેમની વહું શીતલબેન સોની રાજકારણમાં ખુબજ વગ ધરાવતા હોય જે તે વખતે અને અત્યાર સુધી તેઓ વિરૂધ્ધ કોઈ કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવેલ નથી. સીલવર પો. એસો. ના ઓનરરી સેક્રેટરી રમેશભાઈ પરભુભાઈ પટેલનાઓએ જાહેર નોટીસ તા, ૩૦-૦૪-૨૦૧૧ નારોજ તથા એક એડવોકેટ મારફત જાહેર નોટીસ તા. ૨૭-૦૧-૨૦૧૩ નારોજ વર્તમાન પત્રમાં જાહેર નોટીસ આપી હતી તથા ગુજરાત મિત્રમાં એક ફેશ નોટીસ તા. ૧૨-૧૧-૨૦૨૪ ના રોજ પણ આપેલી, આમ હ્વારકાપ્રસાદ સોનીને સદર મિલકત બાબતે સીલવર પોઈન્ટ એસો. તર્ફે મિલકત વેચવા કોઈ હકક કે અધિકાર આપેલ ન હોવા છતા ગેરકાયદેસર રીતે તજવિજ કરતા હોય તથા ખોટી રીતે નાણા પળ સ્વીકારેલ હોવાના આક્ષેપો તેઓ પર કરવામાં આવેલા, જેથી શરૂઆતની જ ઉપરોક્ત ભાડાવાળી મિલકત ગેરકાયદેસર રીતે પડાવી લેવા દ્વારકાપ્રસાદ સોની તથા તેમના મળતીયાઓ અમારા અસીલ અને તેમના એસોસીયેશન સાથે છેતરર્પિડી અને વિશ્વાસઘાત કરતા આવેલ હતા અને તેના ભાગરૂપે કાવસવીલા નામની મિલકત હાલમાં ્વારકાપ્રસાદ સોની તથા તેમના મળીતીયાઓએ તોડી જમીનદોસ કરેલ છે અને તેવા કૃત્યથી અમારા અસીલને આર્થિક અને માનસીક રીતે ખુબ જ મોટું નુકશાન થયેલ છે અને અમારા અસીલને થયેલ નુકશાન બાબતે પોલીસ ફરીયાદ, કોર્ટ કાર્યવાહી કરનાર છે, તેમજ અમારા અસીલે વિદેશથી પણ જે તે એમ્બેસી મારફતે ફરીયાદ કરેલ છે અને ભવિષ્યમાં તે ફરીયાદના કામની પ કાર્યવાહી થશે. આમ, ઉપરોક્ત હકીકત જોતા જાહેર જનતાને સદર જાહેર નોટીસ થી સજાગ કરવામાં આવે છે કે, સીલવર પોઈન્ટના કોઈપણ હોદેદારો સાથે કાવસવીલાના નામથી ઓળખાતી કે જે હાલ જમીનદોસ કરી નાખેલી છે, તે જગ્યા બાબતે કોઈપણ નાણાંકીય કે અન્ય વ્યવહારો કરશો નહિ અને જો કરશો તો ભવિષ્યમાં કાયદાકીય કાર્યવાહીમાં સંડોવવાવું પડશે. જેની ખાસ નોંધ લેશો. મ મારા મારક્તે, તા. ૨૦/૦૨/૨૦૨૫ દેવાંગકુમાર એસ. ટેલર (એડનેક્ટ) વિમલ પાક - ૩, વૃંદાવન સોસાયટી, જમાલપોર, નવસારી. મો.: છપ૬૦૫ ૩૩૬૩૦
