PUBLIC NOTICE It is hereby informed to the general public that our client has decided to permanently and happily purchase the property mentioned in the schedule below from its current owners, Purushottam Ganpatrao Basole and Sunetra Purushottam Basole, and negotiations are underway to finalize the transaction. This public notice is being published to verify the title of the said property. Therefore, if anyone has any claim, right, or interest of any kind such as mortgage, gift, donation, lease, lien, management, assignment, maintenance, tenancy rights, other rights, interests, court attachment, dispute, encumbrance, agreement to sell, or any other type of right or interest regarding the property mentioned in the schedule below, they should submit their written statement and documents to our address given below within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice and satisfy us. If no written objection of any kind is received within the stipulated period, it will be assumed that the said property is free from encumbrances, charges, and risks, and if anyone has any rights or claims but fails to submit a written objection, it will be understood that they have knowingly relinquished their rights and claims, and our client will proceed to finalize the sale deed transaction. No complaint of any kind will be entertained thereafter.
