Public Notice It is hereby informed to the general public that, under Registration District of Ahmedabad, Sub-District and Taluka of Dholka, in the village Moj Nesda within the boundaries of new Survey Number 340 (Old Survey Number 170), covering a total of 10688 square meters of agricultural land, the former owners and possessors, Pratapsang Sursangbhai Padiyar and Govindbhai Chaganbhai Rathod, have conveyed this land to us, Hemal Dharmendrakumar Patel, under Document Number 7871 dated 14/08/2023. Based on the said document, we declare the land to be completely independent, owned, possessed, and free from encumbrances by us. A request has been made for a certificate declaring that the title of the said land is clear and marketable. Should anyone have any claims, rights, interests, shares, or burdens on the mentioned land, they must notify us in writing with the necessary evidence within seven (7) days from the publication of this notice. If no objections are received within this period, it will be deemed that there are no such claims, rights, interests, shares or burdens, and we shall issue a Title Clearance Certificate accordingly.
