It is hereby informed to all concerned through this public notice that the property described in the schedule below belongs to and is in the possession of Hiramram Poonamji Sirvi, resident of Pune. The current owner has decided to sell this property to our clients and has accepted earnest money from our clients. However, if anyone has any right, claim, interest, mortgage, or agreement regarding the said property, they should come forward with documentary evidence to the address below within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice.
