Our client has requested for a certificate from us that the above mentioned land titles of the landowner are clear and marketable. If any other person has any kind of interest, right, share, claim or encumbrance on the said land, then they should inform us in writing along with proof within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice at the address given below. If they do not do so, we will understand that there is no interest, right, share, claim or encumbrance of any kind on the said land and, if any, it will be deemed to have been waived.
