This is to inform the public that for the registration district Ahmedabad, sub-district Sanand, taluka Sanand, in the village of Nidharad, survey number 565/1/Paiki 22, a 2640 sq. m. piece of non-agricultural land, which has been allotted the final plot number 117 under TP Scheme No. 438, is included in the City Survey Office Sanand ward Nidharad (non-agricultural) City Survey No. NA/P/65/1/P. The area of this land is 2640 sq. m. This multi-purpose non-agricultural land is jointly owned and occupied by (1) Kalpesh Bhai Shah (holding 100 paise out of 100 paise) and (2) Zill Suketu Bhai Shah (holding 50 paise out of 100 paise), and it is free of all other encumbrances. We have been requested to provide a title clearance certificate confirming that the land is free from all encumbrances. If any individual has any claim, right, interest, or encumbrance on the aforementioned land, they are required to provide written notice along with supporting documents within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, to the address mentioned below. Failure to do so will be considered as an acceptance that no claim, right, interest, or encumbrance exists on the land, and we shall issue a title clearance certificate.
