Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the land situated in the village Nidhrad, Taluka Sanand, District Ahmedabad, Survey Number - 5655/2, having a total area of 0-23-00 Hectare, which is old agricultural land owned jointly by the late Chanchalben Shankarji and Karsanji Shankarji, residing at Nidhrad, Taluka Sanand, District Ahmedabad, is in their possession. It has been brought to our attention that all kinds of encumbrances on this agricultural land are absent and Karsanji Shankarji has requested a Title Clearance Certificate for this land. Therefore, any person, organization, bank or cooperative society having any kind of share, right, interest or burden on this land, they are requested to submit written proof of the same within 7 days of the publication of this notice at the address mentioned below. If no such claim is received within the stipulated time, it shall be considered that the land is free from any encumbrances and the Title Clearance Certificate will be issued accordingly.
