Public Notice This is to inform the public that, District Ahmedabad, Registration Sub District Sanand and Taluka Sanand Moje village Nidharad block/survey number 631/1, 631/2, 634/1, 634/2, 639/1, 639/2, 641/1, 641/2, 643/1, 667, 668, 6700/1, 672, 673, 604, 675, 676, 681, 682, 683, 684, 685, 686, 687/1, 697, 701, 702, 703, 704/1, 704/2, 705/1, 705/3, 706/ 1, 706/2, 707 and 709/1 on non-agricultural land, a scheme named “Shree Vallabh Co-operative Housing Society Limited” known as “Ravija” and sub-plot number 434 (which is part of block/survey number 681, 683 and 684) in Sector-02 of the said scheme, an area of 500 square yards or 418.07 square meters plot of land, Jayesh Kanubhai Patel, resident: Bkukhbano Vas, Ghuma, Ahmedabad-380058, has requested a title clearance certificate from us, as the said plot of land is in his complete independent ownership and in direct possession and enjoyment and free from all encumbrances. Therefore, any person who has any interest, right, share, charge or lien in the above mentioned plot of land should inform us in writing with documentary evidence within 7 (seven) days from the date of this notice at the following address. If they fail to do so, it will be assumed that there is no interest, right, share of any kind in the above plot of land and any such interest, right, share is waived (WAVE) and the title clearance certificate of the said plot of land will be issued after the expiry of the period, which is hereby noted.
