Public Notice for Shri Vallabh Cooperative Housing Society Ltd

We, Advocate Viren Arvindbhai Shah, hereby give this public notice. Registration District Ahmedabad, Sub-District and Taluka Sanand, in the village limits of Nidharad, survey block No. 675 and 676 etc., on the non-agricultural land, “Shri Vallabh Cooperative Housing Society Ltd” has developed a sub-plotting scheme named “Ravija” for residential purposes. Of this, in sector No. 3, the sub-plot No. 331, having 418.06 sq.m. (500 sq. yards) of land and sub-plot No. 332 having 670.99 sq.m. (802.50 sq. yards) of land, were allotted by the said Society through share certificate No. 0302, share No. 1506 to 1510, five shares at Rs. 50/- each, totaling Rs. 250/- to 1) Babulal Nainmalji and 2) Punamchand Nainmalji, and the sub-plot No. 333 having 754.18 sq.m. (902 sq. yards) of land were allotted by the said Society through share certificate No. 0301, share No. 1501 to 1505, five shares at Rs. 50/- each, totaling Rs. 250/- to 1) Punamchand Nainmalji and 2) Babulal Nainmalji. Since then, the said property has been in their joint possession and enjoyment along with the membership rights of the Society. Our client has requested us to obtain a title clearance certificate from us on the basis of their ownership rights in the said land. Therefore, if any person has any rights, interest, share, claim, objection, lien or any other charge on the said property, then they must inform us in writing along with supporting documents at the address mentioned below within 7 (seven) days, otherwise after the expiry of this deadline, we shall understand that no person has any rights, interest, share etc. on the said property, or if any, they have waived it off. We shall issue a title clearance certificate regarding the said property, and any dispute thereafter shall be at your own risk.
