We, Advocates Virenbhai Arvindbhai Shah, hereby issue this public notice to inform you that: Registration District: Ahmedabad Sub-District and Taluka: Sanand Moje Village: Nidharad, Survey/Block No. 676, non-agricultural land. On this land, "Shri Vallabh Co. Operative Housing Society Limited" has developed a residential sub-plotting scheme named "Ravijah" and within Sector No. 3, Sub-plot No. 394, measuring 434.78 sq. meters (520 sq. yards), was allotted to Nishant Pareshbhai Shah, by the said society through Share Certificate No. 0284, bearing Share Nos. 1416 to 1420, for a total amount of Rs. 250/- (Rs. 50/- per share, for 5 shares). Similarly, Sub-plot No. 395 measuring 408.49 sq. meters (488.56 sq. yards), was allotted to Jainish Pareshbhai Shah, by the said society through Share Certificate No. 0285, bearing Share Nos. 1421 to 1425, for a total amount of Rs. 250/- (Rs. 50/- per share, for 5 shares). Further, Sub-plot No. 396 measuring 558.53 sq. meters (668 sq. yards), was allotted to Sapna Pareshbhai Shah, by the said society through Share Certificate No. 0286, bearing Share Nos. 1426 to 1430, for a total amount of Rs. 250/- (Rs. 50/- per share, for 5 shares). Therefore, the said properties are jointly owned by the aforementioned individuals, with membership rights in the said society. Our client has requested a title clearance certificate for the said land, concerning their ownership rights. Therefore, if any person claims any right, interest, share, claim, lien or any other charge on the said property, then within 7 (seven) days, inform us in writing along with documentary evidence at the address mentioned below, else after the expiry of this deadline, we will assume that no person has any such right, interest, share, or any charge on the said property or if any, has been relinquished.
