We, Advocate Viren Arvindbhai Shah, hereby issue this public notice to inform that: Registration District: Ahmedabad! Sub-District and Taluka: Sanand Village: Nidharad, Survey Block No. 973 and others, non-agricultural land. On this land, "Shri Vallabh Co. Operative Housing Society Limited" has developed a housing scheme called "Ravija" comprising of sub-plots. In Sector No. -3, Sub-plot No. - 272, measuring 418.06 sq. m, or 500 sq. yards, has been transferred by the said society to Sunita Rajendrakumar Jain, via share certificates No. 0213 to No. 1041 to 1045 (five shares) at Rs. 50/- each, totalling Rs. 250/-. This transfer makes the said property in the possession of the said Sunita Rajendrakumar Jain, with full ownership rights as a member of the society. Our client has requested a title clearance certificate for the said land, confirming their ownership rights. Therefore, if any person has any claim, interest, share, claim, lien or charge on the said property, they are required to inform us in writing, along with evidence, at the address mentioned below within 7 (seven) days. Failure to do so will be deemed as a waiver of any claims, and we will proceed to issue a title clearance certificate for the said property.
