Public Notice for 38(1) (Dani-Limda East)

This is to inform the public that, District: Ahmedabad, Registration Sub-District: Ahmedabad-P (Narol) Taluka: Maninagar, Village: Dani-Limda, Block/Survey No. 119/2, Area: 0-44-52, which is 4,452 sq.m. of land, included in the Urban Development Scheme No. 38(1) (Dani-Limda East), the allotted proposed final plot No. 50, 3,135 sq.m. or 3,750 sq.m. area of agricultural land of the old condition (“the said land”), owned by (1) Gajendra Rohitbhai Patel, (2) Vishwa Gajendra Patel, (3) Kamakshi Gajendra Patel, and (4) Maitrey Gajendra Patel, residing in Ahmedabad, (“the land owner”), who claims that the said land is owned by them completely, jointly, free from any encumbrances. A request has been made to us for a certificate regarding the clear title of the said land. - If anyone has any kind of right, interest, share, encumbrance or possession on the said land, then they must provide us with the original documentary evidence along with the notice of such right, interest, share, encumbrance or possession within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice at the address below. If they fail to do so, it will be assumed that there is no right, interest, share, encumbrance or possession of any kind on the said land and that any such rights, interest, share, encumbrance or possession has been waived. IES આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કે, ડિસ્ટ્રીકટ: અમદાવાદ, રજીસ્ટ્રેશન સબ ડિસ્ટ્રીકટ : અમદાવાદ-પ (નારોલ) નાં તાલુકા : મણિનગર નાં મોજે ગામ : દાણી-લીમડા ની સીમ નાં બ્લોક / સર્વે નં. ૧૧૯/૨ ની હે.-આરે.-ચો.મી. ૦-૪૪-૫ર એટલે કે ૪,૪૫૨ ચોરસ મીટર ની જમીન કે જેનો સમાવેશ મુદારૂપ નગર રચના યોજના નં. ૩૮(૧) (દાણી-લીમડા પૂર્વ) માં સમાવેશ થતા ફાળવવા માં આવેલ સૂચિત અંતિમ ખંડનં. ૫૦ની ૩,૧૩૫ ચોરસ મીટરયાને કે ૩,૭૫૦ચોરસવાર ની જુની શરતની ખેતીલાયક ઉપયોગ નીજમીન (“સદરહુ જમીન!) આવેલ છે, તે જમીન સરકારી દફતરે (૧) ગજેન્દ્ર રોહિતભાઈ પટેલ, (૨) વિશ્વા ગજેન્દ્ર પટેલ, (૩) કામાક્ષી ગજેન્દ્ર પટેલ તથા (૪) મૈત્રેય ગજેન્દ્ર પટેલ, રહે. અમદાવાદ, (‘જમીન માલિક'') નાં એ તેઓની સંપૂર્ણ, સંયુકત, માલિકી, ભોગવટાની, બોજારહિત આવેલ હોવાનું જણાવી અમારી પાસે સદરહુ જમીન નાં ટાઈટલ કલીયર હોવાબાબત નાં સર્ટીફીકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે. - સદરહુ જમીન ઉપર કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો હકક, હિત, હિસ્સો, બોજો કે લાગભાગ હોય તો તેઓએ તેવા હકક, હિત, હિસ્સા, બોજા કે લાગભાગની જાણ આ નોટિસ પ્રસિદ્ધ થયેથી દિન-૭ (સાત) માં અસલ દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવા સહિત અમોને નીચેના સરનામે કરવી. જો તેમ કરવામાં નહીં આવે તો સદરહુ જમીન ઉપર કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો હકક, હિત, હિસ્સો, બોજો કેલાગભાગ નથી અને હોયતો તે તમામજતા (વેવ) કરેલ છે, તેમ સમજી સદરહું જમીન અંગેનું ટાઈટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપવામાં આવશે અને ત્યારબાદ કોઈની કોઈપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં તે નક્કી સમજવું.
