Public Notice It is hereby informed to the general public and all officers of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation that in District - Ahmedabad, Sub-district - Maninagar, Village - Dhanilimda, Survey Block No. 9, Original Plot No. 15, TP 37-Sector 1, Final Plot No. 23 and Final Plot No. 24, which is the independent property of Jay Bharat Market, is 24079 sq.mtr. Jay Bharat Market exclusively owns this property without any encumbrances, claims, or burdens and is in our actual possession. Therefore, we have demanded a certificate claiming clean and marketable titles of the stated land. If anybody has any claims, rights, interests, shares, burdens, they must submit the necessary proof in writing to the address given below within 30 days from the date this notice is published. If no such claims are made, then it will be assumed there are no claims, and we will issue a Title Clearance Certificate. After which, no disputes will be entertained.
