Public Notice This is to notify all concerned that in the district of Ahmedabad, taluka of Ghatlodia, village of Bodakdev, under TP scheme 1/B, within Final Plot No. 329, portion No. 4 of Shripalko Co. Op. So. Ltd., the scheme by The Shri Nili Corporation having built bungalows known as Preyas Bungalow, where Bungalow No. 9 has a plot area of 209.03 sq.m and construction area of 129.16 sq.m, and as per Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation's tax bill Tenament No. 0674-37-1126-0001-$. The property is in joint ownership and possession with Jayesh Devprasad Patel and Preeti Jayesh Patel, D/O Pravinbhai Muljibhai Shah and are members of The Shri Nidhi Corporation with share number -12. It is also mentioned that the mentioned property is free from all encumbrances and our client Parth Dupadkumar Joshi and Puja Parth Joshi have decided to sell the property. The stated property is free from all encumbrances and its title is clear and marketable as per our opinion/certificate demanded. Therefore, notice is hereby given that if any person, firm, bank, financial institution or any other wanting to claim, exchange, deal, have power of attorney, possession agreement, settlement agreement, or any other proceedings under court, as a family member or heir or in any other way have claims, rights or possession over the said property should provide their documented evidence certified within seven days of this public notice being published by registered post to the address given below. Failure to do so implies waiving any claim, share or interest in the said property and upon completion of the period, the title certificate will be processed and any complaints raised after the period will be considered waived. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી લાગતા વળગતા તમામને જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે જિ: અમદાવાદ, તાઃઘાટલોડિયા, ગામ : બોડકદેવ ની TP sceam 1/B - ના ફાઇનલ પ્લોટ નંબર 329 પૈકી ના હિસ્સા નં. 4ની શ્રીપાલકો. ઓ. હા. સો. લી. માં ની સ્કીમ ધ શ્રી નિલિ કોર્પોરેશન માં બંધાયેલ બંગ્લોઝ કે જે પ્રેયસ બંગલો તરીકે જાણીતા છે, તેમાં ના બંગલા નંબર-9, જેનો પ્લોટ એરીયા 209.03 ડવ.m. અને બાંધકામ 129.16 ડવ્‌.m. તથા અમદાવાદ મ્યુનિસિપલ કોર્પોરેશન ના ટેક્સ બિલ મુજબ ટેનામેન્ટ નંબર- 0674-37- 1126-0001-$ છે. આપ્રોપર્ટી સંયુક્ત માલિક તથા કબજા - ભોગવટેદાર જયેશ દેવપ્રસાદ પટેલ અને પ્રીતિ જયેશ પટેલ D/0 પ્રવીણભાઈ મૂળજીભાઈ શાહના ઓ છે અને તેઓ ધ શ્રી નિધિ કોર્પોરેશનના શેર નંબર -12 ના સભાસદ છે તેવું જણાવેલ છે. તેમજ મજકુર મિલકત તમામ પ્રકારના બોજાઓથી મુક્ત હોવાનું જણાવી અમારા અસીલ -પાર્થ દુપદકુમાર જોશી અને પૂજા પાર્થ જોશીને વેચાણ આપવાનું નક્કી કરેલ છે. તેમજ મજકુર મિલકત તમામ બોજાઓ થી મુક્ત અને તેના ટાઈટલ ક્લિયર અને માર્કેટેબલ હોવા બાબતના અમારા અભિપ્રાય/ સર્ટીફીકેટ ની માંગણી કરેલ છે. જેથી આ નોટિસ આપી જણાવીએ છીએ કે સદરહુ મિલકત ઉપર કોઈ પણ શખશો, વ્યક્તિ, પેઢી, બેંક, નાણાકીય સંસ્થા કે અત્ય કોઈપણ જેઓ વેચાણ, વારસો, ભેટ, લાઇસન્સ, કબજો, ગીરો, લીય, ચાર્જ, ભરણપોષણ કે ઈજમેન્ટ અદલા-બદલો, ડેવલોપર કે ફાઇનાન્સર તરીકે કે બનાખતના કરાર, પાવર ઓફ એટર્ની, કબ્જા કરાર સમજૂતી કરાર, હુકમનામું કે કોઈ અત્ય લખાણ હેઠળ કે કોર્ટ કાર્યવાહી હેઠળ કુટુંબના સભ્ય કે વારસદાર તરીકે બીજી કોઈપણ રીતે સદરહુ મિલકત પર હક્ક, દાવો કે અલાખો ધરાવતા હોય તો તેમણે તેની લેખિત જાણ પુરાવાની સર્ટિફાઇડ નકલ સાથે આ જાહેર- નોટિસ પ્રસિદ્ધ થયે થી દિન સાતની અંદર અમોને નીચેના સરનામે રજીસ્ટર પોસ્ટ એડીથી કરવી. જો તેમ નહીં કરવામાં આવે તો સદરહું મિલકતમાં કોઈનો કોઈ પણ પ્રકારનો લાભ ભાગ હક્ક હીસ્સો પોષાતો નથી તેમજ તે જતો યાને વેઇવ કરેલ છે તેમ સમજી મુદત વિત્યે થી મજકૂર મિલકતનું ટાઈટલ સર્ટિફિકેટ કરવામાં આવશે અને મુદત પૂરી થયા બાદ કોઈની કોઈપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચલાવી લેવામાં આવશે આથી નોંધ લેવી તા: ૨૫/૫/૨૦૨૪ SHRIKAR BHATT Advocate Shree legal solutions 141, Bopal Haat Complex, Sun city, South Bopal, Ahmedabad -380058 Mo-9825131979 shrikar_adv@ yahoo.com
