Public Notice This is to inform the public that District Ahmedabad Sub District Ahmedabad-3 (Memnagar) Taluka Ghatlodiya, near the outskirts of Bodakdev Survey Number - 19, Part Number - 5, TP Scheme Number - 1/B Land at FP Number - 374 located, Saujaty (Bodakdev) Co.Op.Housing Society Limited, which is known as “Panchdhara Complex”, on the fifth floor, Unit Number - ‘A’ measuring approximately 303.51 square meters (3267 square feet) built-up area, the said “Panchdhara Complex”, including the undivided share of, the property is owned by (1) Alkaiben Pravinbhai Kotak, (2) Pravinbhai Talakshibhai Kotak in the Revenue record, they jointly own, direct possession and enjoyment, as well as all types of charges free and legally free from disputes, we have decided to sell it to our client, and our client has entrusted us with the title clearance work. Therefore, this public notice To all concerned persons, individuals, firms, banks, financial institutions, other public private institutions or authorities, or any who have sold, inherited, gifted, licensed, possessed, mortgaged, lien, charged, entrusted, maintained, easement, exchanged, developed, built, organized, contracted, project consultants, or as financiers, or contract of creation, lease, or rental contract, power of attorney, assignment agreement, possession agreement, understanding agreement, order, prohibitory order under any other or court proceedings as a family member or heir, or with respect to the said property old title deeds, or in respect of the said property revenue records, from time to time changes, or otherwise the said property, has a right, claim, or objection Have to inform us in writing with evidence within 7 (seven) days of publication of this notice at the address below registered A.D. otherwise such right, claim or objection will be ignored and the said property will be given title clearance and there are no claims of any kind and if so will be deemed to have been abandoned.
