Public Notice This is to inform the public that the property situated in the District Ahmedabad, Registration Sub-District Ahmedabad-3 (Memnagar), in the Ghatlodiya Taluka, within the limits of Bodakdev village, survey number 343, final plot number 278, TP scheme number 1/B, belonging to "Prestige Owners Association", also known as "Prestige Tower", situated on the first floor, flat number C/103, having a super built-up area of 220 square yards, i.e., 183.95 square meters, and a built-up area of 163 square yards, i.e., 136.28 square meters, along with the undivided share of 31.04 square meters within the said land and the membership rights of the association, is owned and in the possession of Priyanka Sahj Goel, aged, Hindu, residing at Ahmedabad. The said property is free from all encumbrances except for litigation and an IDF.C. First Bank loan, and is available for sale. Our client has decided to sell the said property and has requested a title clearance certificate. Further, if there are any claims, rights, interest, share, lien or any other encumbrance from any other party or financial institution except for IDF.C. First Bank on the property mentioned above, then, after this notice is published, you are requested to submit written evidence of the same to the following address within 7 days. (Claims without evidence will not be considered). Failure to do so will be considered as an admission that there is no claim, share, right, interest, or lien on the said property, and the title clearance certificate will be issued.
