PUBLIC NOTICE
Property bearing Flat No.704 on Seventh Floor admeasuring about 369 Sq.Mtrs Super Builtup in the scheme known as Ambience Tower constructed on the land of Sanghvilla Co-op Housing Society Limited (Registration No. GH-11974 dated 12/03/1996) having Final Plot No.259 of T.P.Scheme No.1/B and Survey No.370/1 and having undivided share of 104.89 Sq.Mtrs land in the said common society land along with allotted parking No.39 on Ground Level and allotted parking No.27 in basement of the scheme of Taluka Ghatlodia, Mouje Village Bodakdev in the Registration District, Sub-District Ahmedabad- 3 (Memnagar) is held by Mrs. Renu Anup Mittal and said property is mortgage and under lien/charge before Deutsche Bank Gulbai Tekra Ahmedabad Branch. That My client wishes to purchase the said property and it is therefore to inform all persons that except Deutsche Bank Gulbai Tekra Ahmedabad Branch if anyone having any of the claim in respect of the above referred property or part thereof by the way of sale, exchange, mortgage, charge, gift, maintenance, inheritance, possession, lease, tenancy, sub-tenancy, lien, license, hypothecation, transfer of title or beneficial interest under any trust or under any agreement, or under any decree or award, otherwise claiming, however all are hereby requested to make the same known in writing together with supporting documents undersigned to my office within a period of Seven days of the publication hereof failing which the claim of such person(s) will deemed to have waived and/or abandoned and after the completion of notice period my client will make proceedings for obtaining title clearance certificate.
