Public Notice Registered District Ahmedabad, Sub District Ahmedabad-03 (Memnagar), Taluka Ghatlodiya, Village Bodakdav, in the survey number 384, 385, 392, and 401, Final Plot number 484, TP Scheme No. 1/B, non-agricultural land belonging to Shiv Shakti Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Division 27, in the "Kadamb Bungalow" scheme, bungalow No. 3, 334.45 sq.m. land, 285.13 sq.m. construction and society membership and share certificate as well as a right to the common facilities of the scheme including the wall. This property is owned and possessed by Chandrakant Chimanlal Seth. The said property is free from any encumbrances. Our client has requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us. Regarding the above property, Sale Deed No. 5112 registered on 18.12.2003 has been lost due to an oversight. If anyone has any right, share, interest, relation, claim, lien, mortgage, encumbrance, attachment, application, lien charge, or guarantee on this property, they are requested to inform us at the address below within 7 (seven) days with certified and written evidence. If they fail to do so, it will be understood that they have no right, share, or interest in the said property. This property is free and clear of any encumbrances.
